WOW Experiments

Once we understand your WOW Story, we partner with you to test small, powerful initiatives. We start by making a change in one part of your organisation and compare the results to a control group. We iterate until we find what works and then scale to your broader team.

WOW Membership

We offer membership to select clients to measure progress and share what works. Membership includes: WOW data updates twice a year, access to our specialist partners and experts, monthly insight tailored to your areas of focus, on-site visits to best practice organisations and quarterly executive coaching.

How we do it

  • Insight

    To create change, it’s important to understand what’s going on in your current workplace and how it compares to industry and national averages. Our WOW analysis and in depth interviews highlight your strengths and opportunities. The analysis is created and delivered to you by your dedicated coach who has a successful track record in running large diverse businesses.

  • Design

    Research tells us the only way to counter bias (and create a meritocracy) is with good behavioural design. That’s what we specialise in. Based on your WOW Story we will partner with you to design incremental powerful initiatives to help you reach your business goals.

  • Experiment

    Once we agree on the design, we test it through agile experiments in parts of your business. Using agile, we are up and running with a change in 1-2 weeks and iterate over 10-12 weeks until we find what works.

  • Scale

    When we are both confident the experiment is delivering positive, repeatable results we partner with you to scale it across your broader business. This is where we start shift the dial together and you begin to see the positive impact on your culture, engagement, innovation, customer advocacy and financial return.

  • Measure Success

    As a Balance Now member we update your WOW Story every 6 months to show tangible process and keep you up to date.
